My success story – How I quit drinking Milo™

Disclaimer: Before I begin, I have nothing against Nestle nor Milo. I think its a healthy drink however its just too fattening for me :(. Therefore, if you’re an avid Milo lover and can’t live without it, this isn’t against you. I simply made the choice to stop drinking it. THATS ALL FOLKS.

The day it happened

Milo always seemed to complete my day. Iced or warm, it was a delightful chocolatey drink that used to fill me up at the end of every meal.

Oh So Good.

Until the day i saw this:

FML. ICED MILO IS 598 KCAL? WTFFFFFF I QUIT.

And so it began.

My office has a vending machine that dispenses Milo. The agony of walking by and not having a cup is terribad. Especially when all my colleagues drink Milo during their break time.

FML. IT WAS SO HARD SIPPING ON GREEN TEA AS THEY SLURPED ON MILO O__O”

Somehow, after a couple of days, it didn’t feel so bad. I didn’t have the urge to drink Milo either.

And with every Mcbreakfast meal i ordered, it was always milk or coke light.

 

And there it was. The story of how i quit Milo.

  1. Wah! I somewhat “quit” coffee but the craving everyday is so bad I feel horrible.
    I won’t say exactly quit, I intend to cut it down to one cup a week.
